    Request a Free Case Evaluation

Tell us about your claim, rating increase, or VA decision for a free case evaluation — a decision letter is helpful but not required. If your matter fits our practice, we'll invite you to schedule a consultation. We handle claims, increases, and appeals; initial claims and increases are accepted case by case (no fee before VA's first decision), including DIC claims — we do not handle other survivor-benefit matters.

If your case isn't a fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you to a free, accredited VSO through VA's representative directory.

Disclaimer: Oakridge Claims is a private business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Submitting a review request does not guarantee a consultation or create a representative-client relationship. No action will be taken on your behalf until a written fee agreement and VA Form 21-22a are signed. Outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case and are not guaranteed.

Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM PST · Most requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If your matter is within our current scope, we'll invite you to schedule a consultation.

    No upfront fees

Contingent fees only — Oakridge caps its fee at 20% of past-due benefits under VA rules. No fee is ever charged for an initial claim (VA rules prohibit it); free VSO help is always an option at that stage.

    Nothing changes today

You keep your current representative until you sign a written fee agreement and VA Form 21-22a — never before.

    Honest assessment

If your case isn't a fit for representation, we say so and point you toward the right free resource (VSO, VA.gov, or a directly-accredited attorney).
