Esteban Magallon is accredited by the VA Office of General Counsel under 38 CFR § 14.629 and is not an attorney; Oakridge Claims is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or services outside of representation before the Department of Veterans Affairs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any other government agency. VA accreditation means only that the individual has satisfied VA's requirements to represent claimants in matters before the Department of Veterans Affairs. It does not imply government endorsement.
Scope of Services
As a VA-accredited claims agent, Oakridge Claims is authorized to prepare, present, and prosecute claims for benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs, subject to the standards of conduct in 38 CFR § 14.632 and the fee rules in 38 CFR § 14.636. Our practice specializes in the appeal stage after VA has issued a decision — Higher-Level Reviews, Supplemental Claims, Board appeals, effective-date disputes, CUE motions, TDIU tied to an existing decision, and DIC/survivor matters. We also accept initial and new claims based on case fit and current availability, and a free, accredited Veterans Service Organization is always an option. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, award, effective date, or rating decision.

Fees and Compensation
If Oakridge Claims charges a fee for services, the fee arrangement will be disclosed in writing before work begins. Any fee agreement, invoice, or engagement document will control the terms of the specific service relationship.

We may also decline to provide materials if disclosure would violate law, privacy rights, privilege, or other applicable obligations.
