Boilerplate
Oakridge Claims is a private VA-Accredited Claims Agent practice founded by Esteban Magallon — a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Registered Nurse — representing veterans nationwide and overseas after a VA decision: disability appeals, higher-level reviews, supplemental claims, Board appeals, underrating and effective-date disputes, TDIU, and survivor (DIC) benefits. Oakridge Claims focuses primarily on post-decision representation — appeals, Higher-Level Reviews, Supplemental Claims, and Board appeals — and builds every case on the record already in your file. It also takes initial claims and increases for worsened conditions based on case fit and current availability; free, accredited Veteran Service Organizations are always an option at that stage. Oakridge is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Federal accreditation authorizes representation before VA under 38 CFR § 14.629.
