About the PACT Act
The Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2022 is the most significant expansion of VA benefits for toxic-exposed veterans in over 30 years. It establishes new presumptive conditions for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances during military service.
Previously Denied?
If your claim was denied for a condition now covered under the PACT Act, you may be able to file a supplemental claim with new evidence.
Even 0% Ratings Matter
A 0% rating establishes service connection, opens access to VA healthcare, and can support secondary service connection claims.
Step 1: Where did you serve?
