Chloracne is a distinctive acne-like skin disorder caused by dioxin exposure.
The one-year manifestation rule is strict — but residuals and scars can still be rated under § 4.118.
How to Establish Service Connection
- Presumptive: Agent Orange when manifested within one year of last exposure.
- Direct: documented dioxin exposure.
