- A nexus letter is most useful when a C&P exam is unfavorable, when the condition is presumptive but VA is questioning it, or when a secondary connection isn't obvious.
- Oakridge does not sell nexus letters and does not require you to buy one. Under 38 CFR § 14.632, representatives cannot pressure clients toward paid third-party opinions.
